About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at CENTURY DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and finishing of drywall in various commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of drywall installers and finishers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work outdoors in noisy environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Reliability and team player attitude
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and in noisy environments. You will be working on construction sites, which may involve exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards.
