Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, preparing and serving breakfast items, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of their work, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
