Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Podollan Grande Prairie Inn & Spa Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, and maintaining a high level of quality in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, including setting tables, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
  • Prepare and cook simple food items, such as omelets and pancakes, to order.
  • Restock condiments and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
