Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Osmow's Markham. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and condiments as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the dining area and kitchen
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
