About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Final Restoration Ltd. as a Construction Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction layouts in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for clients, taking into account costs and materials required.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work at heights and in a variety of environments, including construction sites and workshops.
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, requiring a high level of physical fitness.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular 30-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
