About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter and Renovation Specialist to join our team at CMF Elite Properties. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality renovation and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various settings.
Work Environment and Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. You will be required to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in carpentry and renovation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
