We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Renovation Specialist to join our team at CMF Elite Properties. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings.
Work Environment and Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of carpentry and renovation.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of reliability.
