Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Softline® Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on defect tracking, automated testing tools, and version control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test data to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Document and track software defects, and communicate status to project participants.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and training to ensure smooth project handovers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and version control systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint,.NET Web, Web Services, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, and Asana.
