Registered Nurse Night Adult Unit Shift

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Adult Night Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing services to patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications as ordered by physicians.
- Lead and coordinate patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, needs, and goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient safety concerns, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all patients.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical-surgical or critical care unit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
