Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nurse to join our diverse and collaborative care team in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic nursing care to meet clients' physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Job Responsibilities- Utilize evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work within your scope of practice to address client needs and priorities.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development to enhance clinical expertise.
- Achieve required certifications for SE Health.
- Develop strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and other productivity tools.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and conflict management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Show appreciation for Quality Improvement processes and contribute to continuous enhancement.

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and employee assistance program.
