The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in commercial finance, including finance operations, cash flow, commercial business partnering, and financial controlling (internal and external).

The ideal candidate will be able to balance broad strategic objectives with day-to-day tactical operations and lead through change. They will also have a proven track record of providing insightful analysis of current business trends and financial metrics, along with recommendations for improvement or risk mitigation.

  • Provide strategic and operational financial support to the local organization in setting strategic objectives and delivering on quarterly and annual financial targets.
  • Drive the annual plan and periodic forecast processes to ensure deliverables are reasonably predictive of future results.
  • Ensure local financial processes and procedures are operating effectively to enable accurate and timely reporting of financial results and maintenance of adequate internal controls.
