Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meats, including beef, chicken, and pork, to ensure that they are cooked to perfection.

  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including the grill, cooking stations, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have what we need to operate efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served on time.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment.
  • Ranks of Chefs: As a Grill Cook, you will be working under the supervision of a senior chef.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for someone with excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
