Job Title: Grill Cook
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at The True Brazilian Steakhouse. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. We require our team members to work under pressure and be physically demanding.
