We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at PARC Communities Management. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
