About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hardwood Flooring Specialist to join our team at End of the Roll. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hardwood flooring installations that meet our exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to ensure accurate measurements and markings.
  • Prepare comprehensive flooring plans and schedules to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Develop detailed quotations and tenders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Install hardwood floors with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of damaged floor coverings to maintain our reputation for quality workmanship.
  • Determine estimated costs and materials required for each project.
  • Prepare surfaces for installation by removing existing floor coverings and contaminants.
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field is required.
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • The working language is English.
Compensation and Benefits
