About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Planner to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining department processes and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production and customer challenges
- Design and implement new processes and work instructions to meet business needs
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve process performance
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and/or Metallurgy
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production environment
- Technical ability to interpret drawings
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
