Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at BMG METAUX OUVRES INC. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of operational processes and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
About the Role- As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business results.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive business results.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of process improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
- Languages: English (fluent) or French (fluently spoken).
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
