BC Building Science Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead our building envelope renewals team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in architectural design aspects and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project performance goals and Owner Project Requirements (OPR) with clients and our consultant team.
- Develop technical concepts and solutions based on client OPR, in conjunction with our senior building envelope design engineers.
- Lead our design drafting team in developing design concepts, renderings, and sketches to capture recommended façade renewal concepts.
- Assume overall Prime Consultant/Registered Professional responsibility, including permit certification with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
- Provide support and guidance to the broader organization to ensure consistency and alignment of graphic design standards.
