Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Shingo Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional with excellent leadership and organizational skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, managing site personnel, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including site safety, quality control, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction site supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
