Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Shingo Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress and site activities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers
  • Coordinate and schedule site activities, including material deliveries and equipment rentals
  • Estimate and manage site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a team player attitude
Work Environment:

Construction sites, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions
