Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reliant Insurance Inc. in [City]. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our staff by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and performing various office duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently
Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
