Food Service Manager

Join Dairy Queen as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Establish work schedules, balancing staff needs with business demands.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
