About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Moly Construction INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
