About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Cosmic Construction Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Assisting in Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced construction professionals.
  • Earthwork and Grading: Level earth to fine grade specifications as required.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction under the guidance of experienced personnel.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week.
