Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to develop and implement kitchen strategies and procedures.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of food quality and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for long periods.
