Webever Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and personable Admission Counselor to support our recruitment efforts. As an integral member of our admissions team, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the application and admission process. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students, representing the institution at college fairs, high schools, and community events, and conducting informational sessions, campus tours, and one-on-one meetings with prospective students and their families. You will also assist prospective students throughout the application process, providing guidance on admissions requirements, deadlines, and documentation, and review and evaluate applications to determine eligibility and provide recommendations for admission decisions. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in person, and develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community partners, and other stakeholders.
