GILL HOME RENOVATION INC. is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising construction workers and ensuring they have the necessary training and equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites.
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage construction teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and issues on construction sites.
