About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Team Lead to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical care to clients in their homes, while also mentoring and supervising a team of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients and caregivers in the community to provide direct care and support
- Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is provided
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate human resources and training for the team
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing and current registration in good standing
- At least 5 years of experience in a community setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
