Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Herbison Bros. Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, carting and spreading topsoil and other materials, laying sod or seed, and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including small engine equipment and skidsteer.
  • Write daily basic progress reports to ensure effective communication with the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in landscape construction and maintenance is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
