Responsibilities:

  • Set the depth and width of the asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Shovel asphalt into holes or areas inaccessible to the paving machine.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service, exceeding expectations.
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental requirements.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
  • Meet high standards of quality and work safely in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a paving screed operator.
  • Attention to detail and high degree of quality work.
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, and in all weather conditions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
