Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Establish the needs of various sectors within the plant, develop innovative solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Present projects to internal entities, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive results-oriented projects.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain high standards of quality.
- Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, identify areas for cost optimization, and inform stakeholders of any excess costs.
- Education: University degree or college diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
- Experience: More than three years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows environment, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
