Job Description

**Business Analyst - Capital Markets - Change Management/Trading**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the success of our Capital Markets business by analyzing and improving our trading and change management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Process Analysis:** Conduct thorough analysis of our trading and change management processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • **Requirements Documentation:** Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive requirements documentation for our trading and change management systems.
  • **Project Planning:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines for trading and change management initiatives.
  • **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Manage testing initiatives and participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the quality of our trading and change management systems.
  • **Stakeholder Communication:** Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and subject matter experts.
  • **Business Requirements:** Develop and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documents and reports, with a focus on business requirements.
  • **Project Management:** Manage multiple project tasks and deliverables, including project status reports to senior management.
  • **Communication:** Develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships, including communication with IT teams and subject matter experts.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Post-secondary degree
  • **Experience:** 4+ years of business analysis experience, with a focus on change management and trading
  • **Skills:** Knowledge of supporting systems used within operations, including Rates Infinity, Murex, Swapswire/MarkitWire, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, Xceptor; JIRA/Confluence; skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
