We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at J & E PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Craftsman. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired color and texture, and applying wallpaper and other fabric to walls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
  • Apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. They will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
