Andrew Simms Group is a top-performing, NZ-owned business representing some of the world's most innovative automotive brands. We're currently seeking a skilled Fleet Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing BYD team in Newmarket.

As a Fleet Business Development Manager, you'll be part of this exciting journey, helping companies transition their fleets to low-emission, high-performance vehicles.

We're looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry, who can leverage their skills to drive sales and build relationships with key stakeholders. If you're driven, energetic, and passionate about the electric mobility space, we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and promoting BYD's range of electric and hybrid vehicles to fleet customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity

About You:

  • Proven sales and business development experience within the automotive sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
