About the Role

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Lead Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure Resident Safety: Implement protocols to prevent falls, pressure ulcers, and other potential hazards.
  • Manage Medications: Administer medications, monitor side effects, and ensure proper storage and disposal.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Clearances: Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check, and Clear Criminal Record check.
