Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food services industry.
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
