Sephora Store Experience Manager

As a Stage Experience Manager, Stores, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client experience and services, classes, and events in a specific store location.
About the RoleThis role involves supporting various areas such as client service, sales floor standards, and team leadership, as well as all service-related areas like the Beauty Studio and beauty classes within the store. You will also be accountable for developing beauty advisors and senior roles.
Key Responsibilities- Team Development: Manage daily operations at the Beauty Studio (as applicable) and ensure coordinators are adequately trained to effectively manage the studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis.
- Innovation: Ensure beauty advisors are trained to leverage technology innovations within services while assisting clients to provide an elevated in-store experience.
- Client Experience: Manage online reservation systems, including publishing beauty advisor availability and class dates and times. Ensure staffing levels support a smooth flow of clients receiving services, with efficient check-in processes.
- Training & Development: Execute training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions when possible.
- Visual Merchandising: Support operations by ensuring merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals meet company standards. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor at all times.
- Vendor Management: Ensure beauty advisors engage effectively with visiting store brands and provide feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible.
- You have two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- You possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and can influence business partners at all levels.
- You have proven ability to create teams by attracting talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
