Job Summary and Requirements
The Department of Highways and Public Works is seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Services team as a Mail Services Supervisor.
This position is responsible for a team of 6.5 couriers, optimizing mail room operations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, mentoring skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key competencies for success in this role include modeling interpersonal skills, developing people, thinking strategically, and demonstrating client focus.
The successful candidate will also have a Class 5 Driver's License, be physically fit, and able to work in adverse weather conditions.
