Framer Carpenter

AP Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Framer Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Key responsibilities include building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, erecting walls and roof systems, fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, as well as supervising other workers and maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures.
In this role, you will work in various locations and be expected to adhere to building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
You will be working in a fast-paced construction environment with tight deadlines. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to adhere to building codes and regulations.
