Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at AP Group Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts according to building codes, using measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Supervise other workers and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the trade.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, including residential and commercial sites. We require our Framer-Carpenter to be flexible and able to adapt to changing work environments.
