About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Beaver Bank Station. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
    • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control food costs to maintain profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
