Snapshot Deliveries Ltd is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Delivery person supervisor to lead our logistics team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of packages across various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Work Setting and Responsibilities
The Delivery person supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of delivery personnel and coordinating daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising delivery staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Coordinating route planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency
- Managing vehicle maintenance and inventory control
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and customer feedback
Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- A strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Travel Information
This role requires frequent travel, with work locations varying depending on client needs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
