Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting department, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Manage the accounting department, including supervising staff and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and budgeting.

- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

- Professional certification in accounting (CPA) or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
