Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This role will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within the assigned hours/fee.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and continually monitor a schedule of tasks required to complete the project, including hours to perform tasks and critical data required for performance.
  • Liaise with external consultants, vendors as required to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Organize and attend client meetings and deliver presentations to client/owner.
  • Ensure proper coordination of documents with the internal and external project team.
  • Review all deliverables for the project, including reports, calculations, drawings, or specifications, for completeness and accuracy at various stages of development.
Requirements:
  • Five or more years of project engineering experience in the field of mechanical building services.
  • P.Eng. or be able to qualify within one year.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
