Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal use of resources
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.

Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required for this position.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of environments, including apartments, offices, and outdoor spaces. They will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
