Job Title: Fixed Cost Analyst

About the Role:

The Fixed Cost Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development of annual business plans and providing key support to Sales & Marketing operations teams. This position will be responsible for performing financial analyses, including forecasting and variance explanations, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analyses, including forecasting and variance explanations
  • Contribute to the development of annual business plans
  • Provide key support to Sales & Marketing operations teams
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Minimum ONE (1) year of Finance or Accounting experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under tight time constraints
  • Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work productively as a member of cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or CPA designation
  • SAP accounting systems experience
  • Some flexibility in work schedule to meet internal deadlines
