About the RoleAs a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Sonos products and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in assigned stores. Your enthusiasm, strong sales aptitude, and high degree of initiative will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in assigned stores
- Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
- Display Sonos products in a way that showcases their features and benefits
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual in English and French
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to commute to assigned Best Buy location
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs
- Elevate your sales skills and experience
- Competitive pay rate of $24.19 - $26.88 CAN per hour
- Seasonal weekend warrior schedule with 12 hours per week
- Sales bonuses up to 20% for meeting targets
- Retention bonus for program completion
