About the Role

Cameron Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties look their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Cut grass to the correct height to promote healthy growth.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
Work Environment

You will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, so it's essential to be comfortable in this environment. You will also be required to lift heavy loads and work at heights, so physical fitness is a must.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
