Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our team at Intellex Systems. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring all IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain on- and off-premise data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud-based services, and related products.
  • Provide technical support and maximize operational efficiency for data center infrastructure.
  • Resolve escalated data center infrastructure-related operational issues and service requests.
  • Participate in data center infrastructure projects and monitor performance and capacity.
  • Coordinate Change Management for infrastructure and supporting applications.
  • Provide expertise and assistance to staff concerning data center infrastructure requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized institute of technology, specializing in data center infrastructure or a Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 4+ years previous experience in an information systems environment involving data center infrastructure design and analysis, troubleshooting, and complex project implementation at a senior level in a large enterprise.
  • Extensive and proven experience managing stakeholders utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements and information from key technical and business areas.
  • Experience writing and documenting operational processes and best practices.
  • ITIL Certification is a preference.
