For franchisors, navigating advertising campaigns can be daunting. Secretlocal was developed as a scalable solution that empowers Franchise owners to consolidate their digital marketing investments, ultimately driving revenue and expanding market presence. Your Role as Franchise Marketing Product Strategist:

Working on the Secretlocal platform offers more than just a position; it presents an opportunity to significantly impact an award-winning company that is revolutionizing the franchise sector. Collaborating closely with our CTO and President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management and Development (55%)

  • Identify prime opportunities for enhancing our franchise marketing platform.
  • Prioritize and oversee all stages of product development, from design to market launch.
  • Ensure ongoing product advancement and manage technical challenges.

Performance Monitoring and Enhancement (20%)

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest modifications to meet business goals.
  • Track performance metrics and refine features accordingly.

Product Vision and Strategy Formulation (10%)

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to articulate and promote the product vision.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and pricing frameworks.

Client Insights and Engagement (10%)

  • Collaborate with clients to define product requirements and comprehend their needs and market dynamics.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and identify product gaps.

Team Leadership and Motivation (5%)

  • Inspire internal teams to deliver exceptional products.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong understanding of web technologies and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to navigate differing viewpoints.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Critical thinking capabilities and the ability to articulate opinions constructively.
  • Empathy for clients and colleagues to appreciate their perspectives.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in managing SAAS solution projects.
  • Familiarity with the PHP Laravel environment (a plus).
  • Understanding of the mortgage brokerage sector (a plus).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
